The Appian Way Apartment - San Giovanni by RHR

The apartament was large and clean, it had a lot of kitchen accessories. The host were very helpful and managed the check in in person when we had the trouble with Vikey app. Localisation is very good, calm and peacful. There is 15 min walk to the metro station, there are also bus stops nearby.

The only thing was that we couldnt fully unfold the sofa.

1. La ubicacion del depto muy buena, con transporte a la mano que lleva directo al centro, y comercios cercanos. 2. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. Aunque en la cama grande eran incómodos los colchones hundidos hacia el centro. 3. El acceso con ascensor, muy bien.

1. No pudimos ingresar al edificio al llegar, porque el link de acceso no nos funcionó. Ni ese dia, ni despues tampoco. 2. Solo teniamos 1 juego de llaves para 4 personas, aunque pedimos una copia, no se pudo tener. 3. El lavarropas para lavar va bien, pero el centrifugado es muy malo, dejaba la ropa muy mojada, hubo que escurrirla a mano, y la "secamos" usando toallas y luego tendido en el tender de ropa. 4. El escalón del baño es un peligro, aunque uno se acostumbra. 5. El box de la ducha es demasiado pequeño, difícil agarrar jabon y shampoo del piso. No hay donde apoyarlos mas que en el piso. 6. La iluminacion de la cocina pobre, 3 de 4 dicroicas no prenden, 1 de 5 focos en habitacion chica no prende, 1 cable de alargue no funciona (quedo anudado sobre el escritorio). Las lámparas de los veladores no sirven para leer en la cama, son muy bajas. 7. No hay cortinas en las ventanas. 8. El sillon-cama del comedor fue muy dificil de abrir. Entre 4 pudimos adivinar como abrirlo. 9. La TV no era smart. Antena pésima, se veía pixelado. 10. La WIFI mala velocidad. Red y clave publicada en la puerta no existe. Hubo que usar la que tiene pegado el aparato de wifi. 11. El radiador del comedor no calefaccionó nunca.

Clean, silent and spacious. Nice floors. Easy to move around with bus & metro, grocery shops, caffe & nice restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

Clean, very spacious, and comfortable place. The location is excellent — a 15-minute walk to the Furio Camillo subway station and close to several bus stops. The facilities are great. I had some difficulty opening the door (there’s a trick with the key), but the owners responded quickly and helped me in time.

There are two air conditioners. The one in the TV room was working very well. The one that serves the two bedrooms (located in the hallway) was not working, which made it uncomfortable since the days were hot. I notified the owners but did not receive a response.
