The perfect spot in Cortona!

The apartment is beautiful, very spacious, nicely furnished and it is great for a family of 4/5 people. Also the location is perfect: just a few steps from the main square of the town and even if it is in the pedestrian area of Cortona it is only 200m away from a free parking area.

A gem!

The apartment was exactly as it is seen in the photos! Tastefully renovated, all the details thought about, comfortable beds, big rooms, beautiful bathrooms and a delightful kitchen. The location is perfect, very near the center but quiet at night. I will recommend it to all my friends.

The apartment was fully stocked! Even a washer! Centrally located to the main plaza in Cortona.

Owner met us at the car park to take us on a short ride to the apartment. No rolling g suitcases over cobblestones or uphill! Mirko was very nice and helpful!

It was fine, would have appreciated heads up about the construction.

Location was great and the apartments ammenities were nice.

There was constrcution happening that we were not told about until our arrival. It made it difficult to sleep at night. We also forgot a pair of headphones and reached out to the host multiple times but did not hear anything back in regards to them.

Fantastica esperienza e casa freschissima. Da ripetere

Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Casa nuova e curata in ogni dettaglio. C'è la macchina del caffè con le cialde di benvenuto ed il necessario per la pulizia. E' inoltre fornita di tutti i saponi e gli shampoo in confezione da albergo. Ci sono anche le ciabattine da doccia. Letti molto comodi.

Faccio presente che sono una persona che apprezza e studio i minimi dettagli come tutte le persone pignole! In uno dei bagni, quello esterno alla camera, il lavandino ovale è attaccato allo specchio e posizionato su una tavola di legno. Pertanto, quando ci si lava, l'acqua schizza inesorabilmente su tutta il legno bagnando, in parte, anche le trousse appoggiate. In ogni caso, penso sia un errore di progettazione e quindi non credo si possa fare alcunché. Inoltre, nel medesimo bagno, avrei sistemato gli accessori (tipo il portarotolo della carta igienica) più a portata di mano. Ma sono solo piccoli dettagli che non tutti noterebbero

Ottima accoglienza ed un bell'appartamento in centro a Cortona: cosa chiedere di più?

La gentilezza dei proprietari che ci hanno dato assistenza nella ricerca di un parcheggio fuori le mura ( peraltro gratuito) e nel trasferimento dei ns. bagagli all'arrivo. Appartamento situato in una posizione invidiabile, a pochi passi dalle principali piazze di Cortona. Appartamento molto pulito e curato con camere da letto molto confortevoli ed ampie.

L'unico neo può essere rappresentato dalla scarsa luminosità della sala principale che, in un unico ambiente, comprende anche la cucina. Il che é di fatto abbastanza normale, trattandosi di un appartamento al piano terra. Forse si potrebbe migliorare l'illuminazione di questa sala con lampade che vadano a caratterizzare maggiormente la stanza.

Tutto molto piacevole

La struttura in pieno centro, pulita, accogliente e con tutti i servizi necessari + alcune sorprese piacevoli: 4 bottiglie d'acqua, che non sempre trovi, ciabattine per tutti gli ospiti, saponi, shampoo e bagno schiuma. I proprietari molto disponibili e gentili, letti comodi e biancheria pulita e fresca. Siamo stati molto bene.
