The apartment develops on two floors (90 sqm) and it can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests in two double bedrooms and two others in a double sofa bed. One accesses the apartment through a private main front door that leads you to the wide living room on the ground floor where you will find a dining table, chairs, armchairs and sofas.
Through a stone staircase you access the first floor where you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. It is provided with a working fireplace, two armchairs and a SAT TV.
From the kitchen you access the two bedrooms: the first one is a double bedroom with a wardrobe; the second one is composed of two single beds that can be joined to create a double bed.
Also here you have a wardrobe at your disposal.
On the first floor you will also find a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Use of the sofa bed upon request and payment.
