Casa Zeni was a real home away from home. Beautiful decorated with taste and a real Italien flair. The location was awesome and the unit had everything you need, even a washing machine. Hosts were amazing and super helpful! 😘🇮🇹

Beautifully renovated honouring historical characteristics. Great bathroom. Totally functional kitchen. Super cozy with heaters in both rooms. Virtually ground floor/only one small set of stairs. Great to have the little bodega for groceries nearby. Most of all, the host Silvia has a huge heart and is so passionate about her guests having the most incredible experience as a local Cortona person would. Silvia is very well connected as she has a leadership position within the community.

The mattress is firm in the bedroom and a lot of people like that. I sleep on my side so it was a bit hard on my hips and sciatica. But Silvia really went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and did everything she could to ensure that I had everything I needed comfort wise for my stay

A dream stay in the heart of Cortona!

Absolutely fantastic stay in this former monastery! Casa Zeni is located close enough to walk to the Piazza della Republica, but far away from the noise. The apartment has everything you need - from washing machine and dishwasher to utensils and an oven. The bed is super comfy (softer) and the room where you sleep is very dark and cool in the summer so sleeping is perfect. The hosts are responsive, with tips and discounts for wine tasting. A special bonus are the herb plants at the patio (which is a perfect place for having breakfast and enjoying a glass of wine). We never missed anything and would absolutely come back any time we're here.

Great ground floor apartment- beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our three night stay. Loved the little semi-outdoor seating area at the front where you could sit with a glass of wine and watch the world go by.

Cute Cortona

The host Lory was so kind & helpful. The location was amazing , so close to everything in Cortona.The apartment was well presented and very Italian but nicely renovated.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but ok I guess, the only real issue we didn't like, was if your upstairs guest in the apartment above are noisy the sound travels through the floor & can keep you awake or wake you up if they come in late & make a lot of noise., which happened 1 night only ( thankfully).

A home in Cortona with wonderful hosts.

Very comfortable, this apartment gives you the option to be fully self contained and stay for weeks on end. Everything is clean, functioning and easy to access. Sylvia is a very responsive, helpful host who arranged for us to have an outstanding wine tasting at Ercolani Winery outlet just near the Teatro as well as offering other excellent free of charge experiences around the town. The apartment is close to the main squares and many restaurants, the grocery shop and other places are within easy walking distance.

Such a lovely place. The apartment is clean and well equipped. There are several parking opțional not far from the apartment and at least two of them a free. Also, Silvia and Cristian might be the best hosts we've ever met.

Last minute decision but absolutely wonderfull

We loved every minute of our stay here. The appartment was easy to find and not far from the parking place. It was really hot outside but this place has really great airconditioning. After a day of walking around or travelling it feels great to cool down and relax here. Our bathroom and living area was a bit small but perfect for our family of 3. Breakfast was included and available at a café just a few steps away from the appartment but with our 3yo we made our own breakfast. Many good restaurants in Cortona! This place is very clean and offers everything you need to feel at home. The cleaning lady came by the next day to take our garbage which was very much appreciated. Washing machine available in the appartment

We made a last minute booking on the same day. Unfortunately our booking did not come through in time and there was nobody there by the time we reached the appartment. We made the mistake to try to call the owners when we were already in Cortona. Because we didnt have any network connection it took a while before we reached the host but so glad when we did. The appartment is in the old town and you have to park the car outside the walls and climb up some hills. Something to take into account if you have trouble walking or have alot of luggage.

Wonderful hosts and clean apartment in central Cortona

The apartment was excellent and the hosts very helpful. It is located a 5-min walk from a free carpark and close to all cafes/sites/etc. Highly recommend. Breakfast was provided at the apartment on the first day, and at a cafe the following days. Included croissant, choice of coffee/tea/cappuccino/etc. The apartment was stocked with water, yogurt, bread, etc and a full kitchen. The host arranged a wonderful wine tasting and had offered many other things that she could arrange.

Nice little appartment in the historical center of Cortona. Hosts were super nice & helpfull and whatsapped me things to do and update of the corona-restrictions in Cortona

An absolute gem of a place to stay in Corona - thoroughly recommended.

From booking the property and throughout communication with the owner was exceptional. The apartment is in a fantastic location and is spotlessly clean with everything you need. The apartment is only a short walk (2 mins) from the centre of town and has parking nearby. It is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook for the family. Sylvia, the owner, was fantastic throughout, with recommendations of where to eat, what to visit and had left a superb welcome pack with everything we needed for tea, coffee and breakfast the next morning. We have stayed in Corona many times, mainly in hotels, but we will be returning time and again to Casa Zeni - simply brilliant.

Um apartamento amplo com tudo que precisamos para jos sentirmos em casa. Pudemos cozinhar com muito conforto e praticidade. Além de todos os utensílios como panelas, pratos, talheres havia azeite de excelente qualidade, sal, pimenta, mais de 1 tipo de café… Enfim… tudo que precisamos. Cama grande confortável com cobertor ou edredon, ar condicionado excelente, banheiro muito limpo e confortável. É bem perto de Porta Colonia o que permite estacionar o carro em área de free parking ou a pagamento e também perto de restaurantes e lojinhas. Há um minimercado há poucos metros a pé. Não perca o restaurante La Loggeta. Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo aqui e voltarei sempre que puder.

Bellissimo appartamento

Bellissimo appartamento arredato con grande gusto e dotato di ogni comfort. La cucina è perfettamente accessoriata. A pochi metri c'è una delle porte (Porta Colonia) attraverso le quali si entra nella bella Cortona. Appena fuori Porta Colonia si trova un parcheggio. Questo rende Casa Zeni una base ideale non solo per visitare la città ma anche le località vicine. I proprietari sono persone molto carine e disponibili, li ringrazio per la loro disponibilità.
