Lovely spacious town house with outstanding sea views within walking distance to the town centre

It’s a bit of a steep walk to the property but this is clearly stated in the listing. However if there was no walk down to the house then the views would not be the same so it’s worth the walk

Amazing views across the sea I mean absolutely beautiful, large property plenty of space newly renovated and immaculate, beds comfortable and great bedding the kitchen is well equipped everything you could possibly need loved our stay although the only down side was the path down couldn’t get the pushchair down so had to carry our nearly 2 year old up and down but was still worth is for the views.

Heating a little tricky to work

The location was ideal, with a short walk to the town centre and a short drive to some lovely beaches in Woolacombe and Saunton Sands.

Unfortunately, the house wasn't very clean. Upon arrival we found coffee spilt in one of the bedrooms and the kitchen smelt very damp, cupboards were not clean and we needed to wash any crockery or cutlery we wanted to use, we also bought scented candles to mask the damp smell downstairs. The shower in the main bathroom had a broken handle and the cold water tap didnt work on the bath in the same room, neither of these issues were communicated to us prior to arrival. We only used the house as a Base but we wouldn't have wanted to spend more time there than we did.
