Diac Hotel L'Hermitte Bordeaux

A plain and functional apartment with clean and quiet facilities. 3-5 min walk to tram for easy access to the city centre. Local bar and shop.

No a/c

The location is good; direct line from the airoport and also direct line to go to city center; you can do it also walking as it is not that far away.

The position itself is not hard to be found, but on the building, the hotel name is not market and there was also a big car in front, so impossible to ser the entrance. I called the call center, but the guy there was not able to explain me where is the entrance in the hotel. We turn around 4 times until a delivery guy shown us the entrance. At the room door, they have 2 systems to open the door, but they don't explain which one you should use.... I had to call again the call center... a fiasco all the story. In the room you don't have a kitchen towel and also the coffee machine was out of order.
