Cosy cottage on outskirts of Bath

Mooi ingericht en alles was aanwezig. Directe busverbinding vlakbij naar Bath en Bristol. We hebben erg genoten!

Wonderful and charming. A welcome reprieve to my family, as we had previously been in London in a rather cramped room. The cosy cottage gave us room to spread out and special touches to make us feel at home. We also loved the neighborhood. We used the park and ride to go to Bath for the day and walked from the cottage to The Jolly Sailor and Bird in Hand pubs in the evening. We also used the stairs between the cottage and its neighbor to go to the shops on the Main Street. Hosts Imogen and Dan were super responsive. Wonderful stay all around!

We loved the cottage. As others have noted, there are steep steps up to the bedrooms, and they are ‘cozy’ rooms. The bathroom upstairs is perfect for kids, because of the slanted ceiling which is low on half the room; (for adult-sized people, you will be stooping). My family of 4 adults took it all in stride and enjoyed the ambiance. We slept well and felt fulfilled by the charm and quirks. But, some may find the upstairs cramped and inconvenient.

Das Cottage ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll ausgestattet, wirklich cosy, alles da, was man braucht, eigener Parkplatz vor dem Haus, tolle Lage gleich am Fluss Avon und 5 Minuten zum nächsten Pub. Tolle Anbindung an Bath und Bristol.

A lovely well equipped thought out cottage. The owners have provided everything needed for staying. A home from home experience.

The property is gorgeous. However issues with the kitchen sink not draining! Dishwasher/kitchen piping blocked I think. Plumber needed. Flag stone flooring needs a good mopping as dirty. Cleaning could be much better. My apologies to owners but I am fussy.
