About this house rental

Come and enjoy your stay at The Woodlands, with its own private walled garden, indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub it's the perfect place for friends and family to spend time together. Centrally located in the swathe of countryside that connects the beautiful cities of Bath and Bristol, Woodlands is the perfect spot for a mix of wildlife and citylife. The house is fully equipped and comfortably sleeps 12 guests. We are also dog-friendly.

The swimming pool is located in a separate building which is 30 metres from the house. It is shared with the neighbouring property (Brockham House). Once booked you can request exclusive use of the pool during the following hours; either 8am-2pm or 3pm-9pm. We try to mix the days up so both houses have some AM and PM slots.
If there are no bookings at Brockham House you will get exclusive use of the pool throughout your stay. Please feel free to send me a message to check on our calendar.
The garden and hot tub are exclusively for your use.

Excellent property that is close enough to the Bristol city centre where myself and a few friends had spent a long weekend. The pool was a crowd favorite, and the accommodations/bedrooms were kept in great condition and were clean. Having the hot tub for the evenings was also a welcome addition, with an area that was relatively quiet/facing away from the main road. Rob was also very communicative and the instructions to the property were clear. Overall, if I'm in the area again in the future I'll look to stay at this space.

The property was very good for a family stay. The bedrooms were fine and the family loved the swimming pool and hot tub. The property was very well equippedThe road was very busy but we were not really aware of it inside. We loved seeing the deer in the gardenPerhaps some more comfortable seats in the Lounge and in the garden would have improved our stay but overall we had a very good time

Rob actually offered an upgrade to the property next door as last minute essential maintenance was being undertaken in the listed property. The experience was sublime. A beautiful property tastefully furnished catering for every need. The swimming pool and hot tub were spa standard. We all had the most amazing stay.
