Georgian House with Indoor Swimming Pool

We welcome celebrations such as Birthdays, family gatherings and friend gettaways. The House is located next to Willsbridge Mill which was once the site of Milling, Mining and a Coal Dramway. It is now owned by the Avon Wildlife Trust and is a protected area providing pleasant walks and environment eduction for local school children. Within 6 miles in each direction are the cities of Bath and Bristol. Bath and the surrounding area is brimming with things to see and do. Designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, Bath presents some of the finest architectural sights in Europe such as the Royal Crescent, the Circus and Pulteney Bridge alongside a diverse collection of museums and attractions including the Roman Baths, Jane Austen Centre and Thermae Bath Spa. Bath’s compact city centre offers irresistible shopping and there are plenty of activities to enjoy in the surrounding area. Bristol is the city of bridges, balloons, boats, Brunel and Banksy. Sights include The Clifton Suspension Bridge, SS Great Britain, Harbourside and the new M Shed museum.

- for bookings of 13 or 14 guests we place a double sofa bed in the largest of the bedrooms. If you are a party under 13 guests but still wish to utilise the sofa bed please book for 13.

The swimming pool is located at the back of the house and is shared with the neighbouring property (Woodlands). Upon booking you will be offered the exclusive use of the pool during the following hours; either 8am-2pm or 3pm-9pm. We have an automatic timed locking mechanism on the areas leading to and the pool doors so that guests only have access to the pool area during the agreed hours ensuring you have sole use of the pool during your allotted morning or afternoon slot. You will not have visibility of Woodlands guest at any point.
If there are no bookings at Woodlands you will get exclusive use of the pool throughout your stay. Please feel free to send me a message to check on our calendar.
The garden and hot tub are exclusively for your use and are situated to the side and front of the property.
