Lovely quiet property. Well equipped, clean and really comfortable.

Beautiful rural location but also super accessible for both Bath and Bristol, both of which we travelled to. The accomodation was very quiet which was great for our anxious noise-reactive dog and the interior was so lovely and luxurious (I would have happily lived there!) Great facilities and very nice and modern and clean. Perfect size for a couple and dog. There is a sofa bed in the living room (although we didn't make use of it) but note that if you're travelling with others, the only bathroom is the en suite in the bedroom. Not at all a problem for us but if we'd gone with friends, we would have found that awkward.

Only very small things as we overall loved the place but we struggled a lot to find it and drove around a long time as the signage wasn't clear. I would suggest the hosts could add a What-Three-Words to their directions which would be very helpful. Also the tap water was very warm which was unpleasant so we had to keep refridgerating cups of water in advance. Would have also been nice to have more tea bags as we ran out before the end of our 2-night stay. As I said, these were very small things and it was a lovely place- would definitely recommend.

Very nicely decorated, spacious, well equipped. Lovely toiletries. Good communication from the host.

Would benefit from a new mattress and pillows. Bathroom door does not lock. Leak under the sink.
