Bel appartement, bien agencé, très bien équipé, confortable, au calme.
La vue sur la cour à l'arrière mérite d'être masquée par le volet.
Une bouilloire électrique serait un plus pour les buveurs de thé (plus facile à utiliser que le micro-ondes ou les plaques de cuisson).

Het zitcomfort. Geen lekker zitje. Binnen niet en buiten niet.
Erg warm qua temperatuur.
Geen buitenruimte.
Voor meerdere nachten is 1 handdoek pp erg weinig.
Twee cupjes koffie is dan ook erg weinig.
