L’appartement est dans une rue piétonne en plein centre de Dole. L’appartement a été refait à neuf, les équipements ont peu servis. La décoration est de très bon goût. Il est situé dans un environnement calme et proche de tous les commerces.

L’inconvénient d’être dans une rue piétonne c’est qu’il n’y a pas de possibilité de garer le véhicule à proximité. Y

Très bel appartement spacieux et très bien situé!

Grand appartement bien aménagé avec beaucoup d'équipements! L'emplacement en plein centre est vraiment appréciable avec la basilique en face au coeur de la vieille ville!

Dommage que la batterie de casseroles soit en teflon (un peu abîmé) si on veut se cuisiner un repas; on n'a pas réussi non plus à avoir d'eau chaude pour l'évier de cuisine... Tout le reste est impeccable!
