The sun shone and we cycled for two hours, came back, ate, chilled and had a good nights sleep

A little eccentric with lots of charm. The on-site parking was a big bonus as was the quiet neighbourhood, which was very close to the centre.

Super apartment, great location

Really good renovation and nicely appointed and decorated. Off street parking right at the door. Easy walk into Dole centre, and Dole is a gem of a town. Fabien was very helpful though we never actually met

Amazing Stay!

Parking was very convenient. Communication was amazing even though the host spoke minimal English. Everything is operated via WiFi so that is cool. Everything is as seen in the photos. The host clearly cares for guests which is appreciated.

One minor issue was all instructions being in French but this can be solved with translations on mobile apps.

great location with service nearby in the area, close to everything, and cycling routes. Safe storage places for car and bikes in the yard. Dole is the perfect place for cycling with many different routes help by the application Komoot. The apartment was very suitable for two people, Fabian decorated it nicely, and Wi-Fi connection is perfect. Fabian is the most friendly and helpful host.

clean and spacious and lots of extra touches to make the apartment feel welcoming. it was an easy and interesting walk to the historic centre.

it was well equipped but it would be great to have a couple of mugs as well as the smaller coffee cups.

-La place de stationnement collé au logement -La location moderne et spacieuse -Salle de bain parfaitement fonctionnelle -Pas trop utilisée à part pour une cigarette mais une terrasse confortable également

-Léger bémol pour le chauffage qu'il n'est pas possible de modifier ce qui s'entend tout à fait pour des questions énergétiques mais il fait tout de même froid dans le logement (même pour quelqu'un de peu frileux)

Schönes Apartment in für uns günstiger Lage

Das Apartment war gut aufgeteilt, die Küchenzeile war gut ausgestattet. Parken war direkt am Haus möglich. WLAN war sehr gut. Die Lage war für uns günstig, wir konnten in 15 Minuten in die Stadt laufen.

Die sensorgesteuerte Heizung war gewöhnungsbedürftig und für uns nicht ganz ausreichend, dennoch würden wir wiederkommen, da der Gesamteindruck gut war.

Sehr hübsch und besonders eingerichtet, Größe für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend, Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Unkomplizierter Ablauf, sehr netter Chat mit dem Gastgeber. Küche gut ausgestattet. Weg zum Ortskern zu Fuß möglich (20 min ). Süße Terrasse.

Die Heizung ließ sich nicht individuell einstellen (oder wir haben es nicht geblickt 😁). Die Badezimmertür quietscht sehr. Das Bad ist schlecht zu lüften. Aber das sind kleine Dinge.

Au top... ça vaut les 3 étoiles !

Après une grosse frayeur en voyant l'extérieur, nous avons été superbement surpris en entant dans l'appartement. Très belle prestation, confortable, joliment décorée, une chambre douillette et confortable, un équipement multimédia au top, une salle de douche agréable, du silence et un accueil téléphonique de Fabien très plaisant. Bravo !

L'extérieur mais chaque chose en son temps vu le gros travail accompli à l'intérieur !

Sehr netter Vermieter. Tolle Unterkunft, sogar mit Waschmaschine. Privater Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Schöner Spaziergang ins Zentrum von Dole.

Das Haus von aussen ist nicht sehr hübsch.
