The house was clean, well decorated and was fully stocked with anything we could have needed. The passcode for the key pad was given well in advance. The front gate attendant was very friendly and helpful upon arrival, even though it was around midnight! The location worked well for food, groceries etc.

We only utilized two rooms, but the beds were well worn. They were not uncomfortable, but they had grooves in which I would have to sink into to sleep. Still had a good night sleep, but they should consider rotating or replacing the mattresses. The carpets were heavily stained in some rooms and on the stairs. I guess that comes with being in a rental. The outdoor furniture had a lot of mold on the cushions so we only sat in the furniture that didn't require cushions. The pool was clean and heated, but there was some damage to the bottom that could use repair. It was further away from the parks than I would have liked. It says it's only 7 or 8 miles away but in Florida traffic that took a half an hour to each Disney park. Still a great location but would consider closer next time.
