La total disponibilidad del dueño y que tenía de todo para hacer la estancia como en casa. Mucho menaje, material de limpieza, muy completo.
Se nota que es una casa vieja (aunque reformada) y por ejemplo el agua de la ducha no se mantiene con temperatura constante. Tercero sin ascensor. El barrio no me gustó. Calles sucias.

Tubería de desagüe del lavabo del baño dañada. Escapaba agua.

Un piso confortable, con buena ubicación. El casero muy amable, además nos facilitó las vacaciones con sus acertadas sugerencias. Este apartamento ha sido nuestro hogar en Cantabria durante una estupenda semana.

Se aparca muy muy mal está un poco lejos del centro y no tiene ascensor
