Amazing place and the owners. Just in front of San Gimigniagno (10 minute walk to the Old Town), but at the same far from tourists and noise. Plenty of space in a beautiful garden, great swimming pool (large and clean). Air conditioning at each apartment. The owners take care about the garden which is spacious, cosy and wonderful! Kids can play football, table tennis, or enjoy football table.
Apartments have evertything you need for longer or short stay. Large parking lot is also available.
On the premisses or next to it sometimes you can even meet some animals like small turtles, or rabbits.
Hidden gem! We will certainly be back.

Vraiment tout près de San Gimignano que l’on peut rejoindre à pied même si la route n’est pas très pratique (pas de trottoirs sur une partie du trajet et la route est passante)
La piscine est grande et pourvue de nombreux transats et parasols.
Machine à laver le linge commune pour tous les appartements.
Moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres, ce qui est nécessaire dans la région
Appartement dans son jus, mobilier et équipements vieillots

Todo perfecto, con mucha intimidad y tranquilidad. El lugar es muy bonito, muy recomendable. Cerca del pueblo al que se puede ir andando.

Sehr freundliche Inhaberin.
Leider war es für Mitte Mai ungewöhnlich kalt. Für die vorherrschenden Außentemperaturen war die Ersatzheizung(Klimaanlage) nicht ausreichend dimensioniert.
Die Zufahrt ist sehr steil abschüssig er Vice versa- Haltepunkt im Kreisel - das war das Ende meiner Absicht Motorrad zu fahren . Es ging auch ohne…
