The house is very nice, composed of 4 bedrooms: one on the ground floor (with own bathroom), two on the 1st floor with a small hallway and the bathroom, and another one on the 1st floor with the bathroom near to it. Huge dining room, well equipped kitchen and a small terace near to it, to serve the coffee. Easy to access parking places and another place to spend time outside, with the small pool, place for barbecue, etc. Aprox. 15 minutes distance by car to one of the main parking places in Siena, Santa Caterina. Nice view at the sunset with Siena on the background.

There was some noise in the morning from a neighbor with a small workshop close to the house but tolerable. Also, as a suggestion, there are some bulb lights with cold light, replacing them with warm light would create a nicer atmosphere. :)

I wouldn’t quite call the pool a pool, it’s more of a soaking tub:)

Beautiful rustic style villa with lots of character. Nice and spacious, beautiful views of the fields. Close to many interesting places such as Siena, Perugia, Florence, Assisi and more. Quiet place, good for rest and relax. Nadia and Piero amazing hosts!!

La maison était très bien située et magnifique. L’endroit très calme et proche de Sienne.

Le temps étant pluvieux et humide nous avons eu froid en soirée de retour à la maison. Après demande de chauffage nous avons eu du chauffage uniquement dans une salle de bain le premier soir et dans une autre le second mais pas dans la cuisine ni le séjour qui étaient froids. Cependant cela n’a pas gâché notre séjour et nous sommes prêts à revenir lors d’un prochain séjour.
