My stay here has been over my expectations. Everything was more than perfect. In fact there are only two studios situated in the property wityh a big garden. Studios are very well insonorised, so you won´t suffer any noise. Very clean inside, climatisation, tv, confortable beds, fridge, shower with good hot water...You can relax sitting under the big umbrela just outside the studio. The district is residential and very calm. At a walking distance you have shops, banks, supermarkets, restaurants...Very easy to take a Yandex if you want to go to center town at any time. Cheap and fast. But the big PLUS is undoubtly Sabina, who runs the place with her husband. She speaks a very good english and above all understands perfecly what is "welcoming the guests", a quality you don`t find everywhere. She was always helping me, advised me...Breakfast is also delicious, and if you are lucky (depending on the season) you will enjoy fruits from the garden. So many other positive things to tell...In one word, you won´t regret your stay here. Again a Huge thanks Sabina for your kindness, presence and disponibility.

Clean and well maintained.

Only real issue was the bed. Noisy and bit uncomfortable

We really loved our stay here! Sabina was a very kind and generous host. She made us feel welcomed the entire stay. She is very responsive to questions. The bed was very comfy and the place was very clean. It was a great place to stay as we started our journey into Kyrgyzstan. I highly recommend staying here!

Очень, очень приятная хозяйка! Спасибо ей огромное и самые лучшие пожелания, помогла нам решить наши проблемы. Номер небольшой, но очень чистый и современный, все как на фото. Есть собственная ванная, маленький холодильник, хорошие, удобные кровати, телевизор, хороший wi-fi, чайник, кофе, чай, сахар, чашки в номере. Тихий район, частная застройка, но центр недалеко.

Показалось, что кондиционер, хотя и новый, работает шумновато. Но, возможно, я слишком привередлив. :)
