    I arrived to the hotel at around 10:20pm and need the leave the hotel the other day before 6am. Hotel helped to book a car and coordinated with the driver. Good English communication. The room is a bit dark and need to improve the lighting of the room.

    I cannot recommend it. The hotel is run down, badly needs renovation. The windows are thin - noise from outside construction 24/7. Airconditioning does not properly cool. The staff is the worst - you feel that you disturb them by asking any question. Breakfast cold and tasteless. Avoid

    Great location at the centre of Bishkek, close to everything. Great and more space room, but less facilities compare to the room size, no mirror in the room, only in the toilet comfy bed, good view of Alatoo square with background of snow mountains but there is the new constructed building to obstructed the view. Great breakfast variety and delicious The weak point is staff service mind is basic as 3 stars hotel, so smiling, faired mind to helpful. And water warming is problem in too hot to shower , and can’t turn to be the cool water during our stay,

    Decent hotel, conveniently located in the city center. Spacious room with panoramic windows. We had a view of the mountains and the city. Responsive staff - everyday issues were quickly resolved. Breakfast was good, cleaning’s decent.
