This inviting 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, making it perfect for couples, small families, or a relaxing getaway with friends. The unit features a king-sized bed and a queen sofa sleeper, along with1 window AC unit in the living room and ceiling fans to keep the space cool and breezy. For added convenience, there is an in-unit washer and dryer, making longer stays easy and stress-free.
Step out onto your private lanai and take in the lush tropical surroundings with peaceful views of the resort's gardens and water features, with a peek of the ocean in the distance. The lanai is furnished for outdoor dining or simply unwinding with your morning coffee. Inside, the bright and open living room offers comfortable seating and large sliding doors that create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The fully equipped kitchen features ample counter space, full-size appliances, and bar seating, making it easy to prepare meals and gather together.
The bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable king-sized bed, soft linens, and plenty of storage space. The bathroom includes a spacious vanity and a convenient shower/tub combination, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The queen sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations for extra guests.
Located at the popular Papakea Resort, guests can enjoy beautifully maintained tropical grounds, tranquil koi ponds, and scenic walking paths throughout the oceanfront property. Please note that Papakea Resort may charge a daily resort fee, which typically includes parking, Wi-Fi, and access to onsite amenities. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of on-site parking, elevators, and added security throughout the resort. Relax at the two heated oceanfront swimming pools and hot tubs, unwind in the poolside cabanas, or take advantage of the BBQ gas grills perfect for outdoor dining. Loss of electrical power cost us 2 days of our holiday but refund of 2 nights was adequate compensation. Minor issues: dishwasher belonged in a museum, was very loud and occasionally leaked. Light fixture in bathroom had 2 fluorescent tubes - sometimes both worked, sometimes 1, often neither. Shaving was an adventure.

Wonderful vacation spot. Lots of family friendly activities. We had a issue with our shower and perfect property management worked fast to resolve our issue. Plenty of supplies in the condo for our week stay. I would definitely recommend this property.

We really loved the condo complex, the unit was really clean and communication with the property management company was great. Just make sure you realize when booking that the bedroom does not have AC. It was really hot for our baby to sleep and the ceiling fan really loud. The AC unit in the main living space on the other side of the unit is also really loud and turns on and off so often that it wasn't a good option for the baby to sleep either. The listing is accurate, we just didn't realize how hot the bedroom would be. So if you are OK with these issues for the price, go for it - but just thought we would mention.
All in all this is a beautiful spot, thank you for the hospitality.
