Our beautifully furnished corner condo has spectacular views of the ocean making it the perfect place to whale watch (during season) and sip cocktails as you view the sun setting over the Pacific Ocean. Fully remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, cookware, glassware, and everything else you need to make gourmet meals to enjoy on the lanai or at the dining room table. The bedroom has a comfortable King bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for your use. A washer and dryer is also available in the unit for your convenience! AC and WiFi are included.
Papakea features 2 beautiful swimming pools, jetted spa, tennis/pickle ball courts, 2 ocean side cabanas, 2 putting greens, lush gardens, a 24 hour front desk service, poolside barbecues, shuffle board and ample parking. The lush landscaped grounds are immaculately maintained and adorned with various types of ginger, plumeria, ti leaf plants, monstera, and other tropical foliage. At dusk every evening the magical twinkling tiki lights are lit and reflect on the Koi ponds throughout the property.
Papakea Resort is walking distance to restaurants, a great grocery store, ATM, and a Farmers Market. It is a short drive to world class golfing, Whaler's Village, Ka’anapali beach, Airport Beach and phenomenal shopping and dining.

We really enjoyed this property. The location can be a long way from everything and with road construction there can be heavy traffic. Otherwise, the enjoyed the property and surrounding area quite a bit!

This place did not disappoint. Wonderful location and so clean. Our 2 year old was able to run around on the grass and loved looking at all the fish in the near by pond. The condo was well equipped with kitchen supplies. We did have to buy beach toys and an umbrella for the kids but that was the only thing they didn’t have. We are hoping to stay here again!

The stay was great, the unit wasn’t lacking a thing. The beach directly in front was rocky but didn’t have to go far to find perfection. Would definitely return and tell others. Mahalo

The Good: The corner ground unit is perfectly located at the resort, you can unload your costco run and reload for the beach real easy, without disturbing the parking lot flow, the way it is situated. Best part is I didn't get any creepy crawly friends inside despite being a ground unit which is very unusual from my other experiences, so great pest control. The unit is updated in all the right ways. Anything that was not awesome about the unit will likely be corrected in time.The Bad: There were some very minor maintenance issues that were small nuisance, kitchen faucet was loose, AC was a bit touchy, and screw loose on bedroom door so it would close all the way and not a screwdriver in sight. Also, the place did not seem very lived in, as in it was bare of kitchen non-perishables. Only thing when we arrived was nearly empty salt-pepper shakers, not even hot mitt for the oven. We left a few containers and pool tubes to help with the next guests though. Also, the washing machine sounded like a jet engine warming up on spin cycle, as I said above though, all these things will likely be fixed in time.
