Ausgezeichnete zentrale Lage. Rasche Reaktionsbereitschaft des Vermieters bei Problemen. Gute Bettmatratzen. WC separat von Badezimmer. Grosses Wohnzimmer. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und Rückgabe.
Sauberkeitsprobleme bei Beginn (wurden vom Vermieter aber rasch behoben). Lärmbelastung durch Av. de la République (aber unvermeidbare Folge der zentralen Lage).

La propreté des sanitaires et la douche . Trop de moisissure et l’odeur d urine. Le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de climatiseur dans les chambres avec la chaleur de cette période.
