Not a particularly happy experience, after 7 hours driving.
The owner was trying to be helpful, after my initial negative comments, regarding quite a number of issues.
Maybe it was my fault, for not properly reading the account of this property. Firstly, it took a tremendous amount of time to find the property, which is poorly signposted. In fact no signpost at all. I was dismayed to discover the property is a Chambre d'hotes. I'm sure this was not made clear on the Booking.com website. Reaching this property from the road is not for the faint hearted. Having to make a necessary climb, up a very very steep dusty concrete lane, you're faced with with loose stones into the property. My car just could not grip properly. This was very unnerving, after a 7 hour drive from Perpignan. Very scary. Since there appeared to be no other alternative hotels available for that night, I opted to stay. unfortunately the property shares a separate toilet and bathroom, for 3 bedrooms. This bathroom has a difficult sliding door with no handle. Neither bathroom or toilet have locks! The bedrooms, similarly no locks. Apart the vegetarian omelet breakfast a lot could be done to improve this accommodation, particularly as the price is much like hotels with separate facilities. I am somewhat surprised at the other comments and can only assume that these came from undiscerning visitors. I had hoped to expect better.

Relaxing ‘feel at home’ atmosphere
The property was very clean, not a pinch of dust and quiet, so relaxing atmosphere. The host was kind and friendly. She helped us to find a Mcdonald near by, to find a pharmacy and allowed us to have our dog.
Everything was perfect, the only thing was that we were not allowed to eat on the living room table, we were eating only outside in the garden.

Delightful
Very nice host. Always available even for guests arriving late. Breakfast really yummy with lots of choice. Refreshments plentiful in the evening. Nice relaxed atmosphere with the host giving lots of infnormation on local activities (outdoor concerts) and places worth seeing.

Halte très sympathique
Célia est très accueillante dans sa maison de caractère proche de Toulon mais dans un endroit très calme. Le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse est très agréable.
