J’ai dû louer un appartement car mon mari était dans le coma à l’hôpital militaire de Toulon . Étant des civils je ne pouvais pas avoir en hébergement par l’armée.
Cet appartement est bien placé
Mon époux a dû être rapatrié chez nous soudainement alors que j’avais encore 3 nuits de réglées. J’ai demandé un remboursement par mail . Mais je n’ai pas eu de réponse. J’ai donc renvoyé un mail aujourd’hui pour signaler ma déception devant son silence . Aucune compassion. Je n’ai pas demandé que mon mari soit rapatrié à Perpignan prêt de chez nous . Et la réponse que j’ai reçu aujourd’hui montre une personne sans cœur …

Very nice apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Pots, pans, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, all provided. TV with a HDMI cable works great. Hosts very responsive. Not far from train station and town centre is just beyond that.
When we arrived, the cleaning staff had not come to clean from the previous clients, so no new bed linen and unclean surfaces. I messaged the host and they arrived in less than an hour and cleaned the whole apartment. Otherwise, the bed is just ok, not terrible but not very good either. Could've used more coffee pads for a 3-day stay. Had to pay a security deposit before the stay.

J’ai été déçu par cette réservation. Avant mon arrivée, j’ai appelé le propriétaire qui n’a pas été très cordial à mes questions. À mon arrivée, j’ai constaté des taches sur le protège-matelas, ce qui donne une impression de manque d’hygiène. À 19h, j’ai reçu un message indiquant qu’il ne fallait plus faire de bruit ni recevoir de visiteurs après 21h, mais paradoxalement le logement s’est révélé assez bruyant, ce qui a rendu le séjour inconfortable.
Le lit était également très inconfortable : le sommier est bas de gamme et le matelas laisse sentir les barres du sommier, ce qui m’a donné mal au dos.
Globalement, expérience décevante, je ne recommande pas cet hébergement.
