L’endroit était agréable et confortable, offrant un cadre plaisant et accueillant.
L’insonorisation de la porte d’entrée vis-à-vis du couloir était limitée, ce qui pouvait parfois réduire l’intimité sonore.

Malheureusement quand tu te balades du matin au soir dans la ville t’a pas forcément l’envie de monter 3 étage mais à pars sa au top

La vue ... pas sur la mer mais sur le Faron
Pas d'ascenseur. Immeuble vetuste, porte non sécuritaire, des travaux de peinture et de plinthes seraient nécessaires. Même pas le minimum quand on arrive ( sel, poivre, sucre, huile, vinaigre...). Des travaux dans la rue ... Du coup je suis partie plus tôt que prévu initialement... Aucun contact un tant soit peu aimable avec les propriétaires...
