The location is perfect, right in the center, close to pretty much everything

No air conditioning and a very "weak" fan with a very short cable that didn't allow to put it close and facing the bed....: as a result, the fan could help A LITTLE only one person of the two in the bed! We had to leave the windows and stores open in order to be able to sleep a little, but the street was full of huge street lights and noise (garbage trucks. etc)... Between the heat the light and the noise, we slept very bad the whole time. Another thing is that the toilets don't flush properly, AND you have to wait a long time between every time you flush, which was a problem on several occasions.
