L’emplacement est idéal, en plein cœur de ville et à proximité immédiate du port. Le parking situé à proximité est pratique et peu coûteux. L’accès à l’appartement est également très facile et bien indiqué. À noter toutefois que la rue est piétonne : il est donc préférable de le savoir à l’avance pour organiser son arrivée. La climatisation est également appréciée par cette chaleur.
Malgré des travaux qui semblent récents, plusieurs défauts sont à signaler : la porte coulissante est difficile à manipuler, la poignée de la porte de la salle de bains bouge et une fuite est présente au niveau du lavabo. Concernant la propreté, le ménage semble avoir été effectué essentiellement en surface. En revanche, certains endroits moins visibles, notamment sous et derrière le canapé, n’avaient manifestement pas été nettoyés.

L’emplacement est nickel tout est à côté le centre commercial non loin le port le stade et la gare aussi

Salon agréable
Manque de détails sur l’état général du logement ( travaux etc..) Manque de matériel: 1 seul verre. Deux pauvre assiettes.. propreté à revoir !
