Great little apartment, great location, fantastic customer service

The service was superb! We had an issue with some bedsheets. We signaled it very late on our first night. After a series of texts - definitely outside office hours! - we had someone come and collect and replace them at our earliest convenience the very next morning. The customer service was impeccable. 110%. 5 stars. I would definitely recommend to a couple or young family with max 2 children because of the size of the place

Great short stay, everything is within reach and around the corner.

Centrally located, clean apartment, basic amenities in the apartment. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay. We requested the host for things we needed. Jerome was very accommodating. Very polite too.

Anything you need or do not need, you could always request the host. Very polite host and truly great with communication.

Perfect central location to explore Toulon

Location, Location, Location. When I booked had not even realised how central it is. It was perfect for us. The apartement is very nice, was clean, and very quiet. The bedroom was towards the inner courtyard so even quieter if towards the street. Many restaurants around, walking distance virtually anywhere particularly perfect if you coming by train. The host made the most comprehensive information about the flat, parking, location for recycling, bins.. amazing 👏. Much appreciated.

By car can be a bit challenging to drop off luggages. We parked on the street a few meters before. It was OK. But no space to stop just in front. We also found plenty of free parking above the train station. And the last day we paid the underground parking. It's very convenient to take the luggages, it's nearby with a lift at about 2 min walk. The flat was a bit small for us (2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby). Specially because we asked for a babycot, which made the bedroom even smaller. Plus with a stroller... luggages.. otherwise would be great. There's a lift but a few stairs at the entrance to manage.

Brilliant apartment

Great apartment, we could have lived there forever. Clean, comfortable, quiet with everything you could have needed including a tablet for the washing machine. Great location for everywhere in Toulon.

Nice apartment, clean, good position. We recommend for a small family or two persons

- nice small apartment, very clean, with everything you needed. We didn't use the kitchen too often during our short stay, but I saw it was well equipped. - good position, several restaurants just in front of the apartment, close to the port, 15 mins walking - easy access via key box, very precise instructions sent by watsapp via a link, all the information needed.

- no terrace, a bit small but we have two little kids, so in the end it was ok.

It was a good location near shops, bars, and restaurants. Maybe good in summer but not in winter.

Good location Clean and tidy

We were told on arrival that the apartment had just been painted. Unfortunately they never left enough time for the paint smell to go and for the first 2 days the apartment had a very strong smell of paint. Because it was cold outside we couldn't open the windows to air the place either so my daughter who was going to stay with us decided she would stay elsewhere which wasn't ideal. The TV never seemed to work as it kept saying a signal can't be found. There was a constant damp smell from near the bathroom. The heating was a fan heater and used to dry our throats daily to the extent we were better cold than warm and uncomfortable. Would be nice to put at least one toilet roll in the apartment to start with

Location good but not a pleasant stay

- key box did not work first. my wife called for help and help was supposed to come in 20 minutes. no one showed up and she instead got assistance via phone. it all took 1 hour…. - bathroom smelly, probably mold. Kids hated the bathroom - kitchen faucet loose - no bedlinen available for only 3 people the first night. My wife had to sleep without duvet cover which she did not feel comfertable with.

We really enjoyed our stay in Toulon and the apartment is very central so that is a big positive

The location was perfect. Kitchen was well equipped

Property was dark and gloomy. The housekeeping things like bucket, mops etc were stored in bedroom closet so unable to hang clothes. The closet was also storage for linen etc.

La réacivité des administrateurs. Une question ? Une réponse dans les 5-10 minutes ! On a vu jusqu'à plus d'une heure ailleurs !

C'est partout pareil, ce serait mieux avec deux clés. Je suis un lève-tôt, pas mon épouse. Pas possible d'aller se balader avant son réveil ...

Trop cher pour les prestations

L’emplacement centre ville est idéal pour les commerçants et explorer Toulon , la deco de l’appart est sympa et le canapé lit très facile à installer et ranger.

Le parking est payant partout à proximité et cela monte vite cher, il n’y a pas de vue jardin comme indiqué mais vue immeuble en face donc vis à vis et peu de lumière, la propreté n’est pas au RDV, c’est très bruyant hall de l’immeuble et voisins du dessus et à côté, beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est …

No me gustó.

La verdad las fotos no tenían nada que ver. No era lo que se veía.

El sofá cama hacía ruido. No había sábanas las que había en la cama de elástico eran viejas y llenas de bolitas. No había papel higiénico solo un rollo para 4 personas. El acolchado del cama grande estaba manchado con marrón. No me gustó para nada el lugar ya que había mucha mugre en la entrada al edificio ropa tirada y sucio.

Séjour parfait pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants

Les équipements et la literie. Il y avait une baignoire balneo malheureusement pas le temps de l'utiliser. L'entrée au logement indépendant. Logement calme L'hôte était très à l'écoute et à tout fait pour que notre séjour se déroule parfaitement .nous recommandons ce logement. Le logement était bien insonorisé et très propre

Malheureusement ma recherche sur Booking.com était avec 2 chambres.et un wc indépendant Dommage que cet appartement en avait qu'une seule..Mais ce n'est de la responsabilité de L'hôte.

Séjour très agréable en centre ville

La situation de l'appartement est idéale pour un séjour "tout à pied". Le logement est spacieux, confortable et bien équipé.

Le chauffe eau qui émet des bruits d'écoulement de purge . Il est neuf est doit certainement être réglé.
