The owner make effort regarding apartment equipment. (Powerfull A/C, TV)

The neighborhood is UNSAFE (Drunk or Toxicomane were fighting outside in the street public parking) The Owner delegate apartment management to a non local estate agency, so In case of any request, you will struggle to obtain basic demand ! We ask to get clean sheets... we were insult and recommend us to cancel the journey if we are not happy ! He proposes us to get extra used sheets....under the sofa..... It is unacceptable ! Finally, we had to struggle with the owner to get clean Sheets. The management company ask me a High Guarantee caution at Arrival ! because they do not accept BOOKING conditions. The owner did effort to equip apartment but forgot totally to provide trust regarding clean conditions, especially on COVID-19 requirements. BOOKING may controls stronger their apartment portfolio such as this one. We do not recommend to book this apartment.

Posizione discreta per arrivare al porto.

La pulizia e lo stato di conservazione dell'immobile. Il bagno pessimo e sporchissimo, asciugamani bagnati e messi ad asciugare al nostro arrivo... divano letto, dove teoricamente dovevamo dormire, bagnato ed inutilizzabile. Condominio rumoroso, vai e vieni di persone a tutte le ore della notte. Prezzo elevato per la qualità di alloggio fornito.

Puzza di fumo nelle camere e muffa in bagno, mancavano le lenzuola pulite che avevamo chiesto per il divano letto, che era indecente e pertanto abbiamo 'dormito' in 3 in un letto alla francese, mobili della cucina pieni di ditate e pavimento appiccicoso, odore di urina sulle scale, urla e rumori molesti e inquietanti tutta la notte nel palazzo, microonde e wifi non funzionano, prodotti da bagno non presenti, la peggiore esperienza su booking!

Pas loin de la gare mais attention traquenard

Il n'y avait pas de draps, ni de serviettes propres, ni pour les adultes ni pour les bébés, le micro-ondes ne fonctionnait pas, fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain, odeur d'urine dans les escaliers, odeurs de cigarettes et autres substances illicite dans l'appartement. L'hôtea été prévenu dès notre arrivée et n'a rien fait pour aider à régler quoi que ce soit. Pire, dès que nous avons parlé et signalé les différents problèmes, internet n'a plus fonctionné pendant tout le séjour. Peut-on y voir un signe de représailles ? Peut-être mais je n'ai pas de preuves. La pire expérience vécue sur Booking en une décennie.

Ahora entiendo los buenos comentarios y es que el responsable pide dejar esa buena nota , pero no es así …..deja mucho que desear … el sofá cama está súper sucio y además roto , la cocina no estaba limpia y ni siquiera un estropajo nuevo para hacer la limpieza del menaje , las toallas estaban en la lavadora mojadas , yo misma las tuve que poner a secar …hay que pagar 20,20€ diarios por aparcar en la calle y hay árboles y estaba el coche súper sucio de las cacas de los pájaros … entonces dejo todo más o menos claro para que no haya sorpresas desagradables como a sido mi caso … si los responsables hicieran mejoras en el apartamento podría mejorar !

Appartement très propre nickel n’hésitez pas à y aller et ça se trouve au 1er étage d’un immeuble à 7min de la gare et hôte très très gentil et sympa
