1. You get what you paid for.
2. There was no table inside.
3. Own bathroom.
4. There is shower. But I didn’t used because of 6 & 7.
5. No flush.
6. The water is smelly.
7. The water has sediments. Not potable.
8. Toilet does not flush immediately, it take times before it flush everything.
9. No wifi provided.
10. Low reception for cellular data.
11. Seaside has better reception.
12. Far from stores and convenience store.

Upon arrival I checked in to my room with my family but I did book the room with no AC and only with a fan but I immediately wasn't happy with tht room so spoken to Rudy he is the owners relative and well spoken in English has went through extra mile for us here at the resort since just don't book the room with fan only and you will be happy stayn here he got us a new room with ac very helpful even offered the deluxe room at extra charge but I was happy with the new room with ac easy to commute to the mall stores and there many vendors out on the coastal road many restaurants etc the water in the sea is always a bit murky at this time of year during rainy season best visits the resort during summer to enjoi swimming although he has offered free transportation via boat to his other resort on guimaras which has a beautiful white sandy beach ⛱️ I'm still currently here on second day now so hopefully tomorrow I will go to guimaras so a small hiccup upon arrival but all is great with the staff and the resort. If U came here you will be looked after well and they will assist with whatever requests no questions asked bring a travel kettle I would say although as no kettle in the room we just bought one for 200 peso at the market next to the mall which we got trycicle for 120 peso back cost us 60 pesos to get there on shared trycicle AC is brand new also so U will be comfortable usually my gf brings the kettle rice cooker and more lol but I don't have my own transportation this time visiting ph
