I stayed here for 2 nights, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. If you book a standard room, be aware that it's on the top floor, and there is **no elevator**. This is especially difficult for guests with medical conditions, mobility issues, or heavy luggage. There is also **no telephone in the room**, so if you need assistance, want to make an inquiry, or have an emergency, you have to go to the reception yourself. To make matters worse, I was welcomed by a **cockroach in my room** upon check-in, which was very off-putting. Another inconvenience is that the **main entrance is locked after midnight**. If you need to go out or come back late, you have to wake up the receptionist to unlock the door. This felt more like staying in a boarding house than a hotel. The room also came with **no toiletries at all**—not even a small bar of soap. Even budget hotels usually provide basic toiletries. I ended up buying soap from the convenience store next door. Lastly, the hotel **doesn't serve meals**, so you'll need to make other arrangements for food. Overall, while the room rate may be affordable, the lack of basic amenities and several inconveniences made this stay far below my expectations. I would not choose to stay here again.

Just across the Ceres Bus Terminal and beside 7/11, but it has no elevator so if you will be at the higher floors and you have some big luggages, you need to carry it using your muscles, since the only staff available during our stay, is the receptionist.
