    I had multiple stays here. It is probably the most convenient place to stay around the area if you are considering a night before or after a long bus ride. It is located just across Ceres bus terminal and convenience stores are available. While the rooms are old, the area is still considerably clean and everything is working. The only hard thing is that it takes considerable amount of energy going into the room since there are no elevators. If you have a heavy luggage, it will be very hard as doesn't offer to carry them for you.

    Pros: Affordable and budget-friendly. Great location—centrally located in Iloilo and close to various establishments. Very convenient that there’s a 7-Eleven downstairs. The staff were nice, accommodating, and friendly. Cons: The lighting in the room was quite dim. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell. The room was not very clean. The walls, including the bathroom walls, were visibly dirty and seemed to need a thorough deep cleaning. There were spider webs in the bathroom. The faucets were visibly dirty and needed better cleaning. We also encountered cockroaches and ants during our stay. Overall: The hotel is affordable and has a very convenient location, especially if you’re looking for a budget stay in the center of Iloilo. The staff were also pleasant. However, cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement. A thorough deep cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms would make a big difference.
