Beautifully Remodeled Third Floor Flat in River North - 3N

Great location, very close to the train station and downtown Very spacious layout Great value for the price Easy access with keypads and codes, no keys needed Plenty of towels Host is very responsive

Overall, apartment was in very rough condition, needs some remodeling. The furniture was dirty, chairs had stains, couches felt dirty Paint was splattered all over the floors, bricks were dropping dust on the ground. Don't put open suitcases close to the brick walls Bathroom needs some work, sink was detached from the wall, paint peeling from all the walls Some of the mattresses were very worn and sagging Not enough seating areas for a place that can sleep 10 people. Only a small dining table with four chairs. Blinds did not work, curtains in front bedroom did not block sun. Keep in mind there is only one bathroom, might be difficult to manage if you have up to 10 people.

The apartament is very pretty and the location is excellent! The host was very nice with us.
