Beautifully Remodeled Second Floor Flat in River North - 2N

El ruido de la máquina de aire. Algunos elementos estaban muy viejos ( ventanas, persianas, menaje de cocina..)

The place is lovely, spacious and has everything we need, including a full kitchen. It looks and feels clean, and it got space. Probably can accommodate a party of 8. One bed room has a queen bed and a big bunk bed. The other has 2 queen beds. The location is great, just 5 minutes walk to a train/bus station from where we can go to most tourist attractions. Even if we take uber anywhere, it's just a short ride. It's is far enough from the attractions so the traffic isn't bad. There's a good and cheap Nepalese restaurant downstairs, a cafe with sandwiches and coffee about 10 minutes walk, and a Circle K a block away. There's also a playground nearby for families with kids. The neighborhood doesn't feel unsafe. In fact the whole neighborhood looks "renovated" -- a lot of new modern looking buildings, which make the building we stayed in one of the few historic left. It's pretty neat with brick walls and a bay window. For the price, this place is a rare find.

Like other reviewers have mentioned, the bedrooms are very bright and we visited in May so everyone woke up with the sun by 6am. It would be perfect if there were blackout curtains. The bunk bed is fun for the kids but it's not the sturdiest. There's a vending machine in the building that's as pricey as you might expect, and the muffins are stale. There are washer and dryer on the floor but the dryer is coin operated, so you have to get coins if you want to use it. A couple things that didn't bother us but other guests might want to be prepared for: The trains run close to the place -- to us it's not loud enough to be a problem. The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. There's no grocery store within 15 minutes walk if you want to cook.

Al principio tuvimos problemas con la conexión a internet. Se valora que el arrendador siempre respondía en cuestión. Se minutos y mostraba interés en ayudar rápidamente

La amplitud y distribución de los ambientes

Faltan utensilios de cocina, mesa y sillas para la cantidad de huéspedes, lugar de guardado en las habitaciones. Pésimos colchones. Ventanas sin cortinas en consecuencia entraba siempre luz.
