San Giuliano Palace

Great location and check in /out was very easy. It’s right next to restaurants, cafes, shops

There were cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom :( I told the staff about this, but I was told that this was normal due to the humid weather. As a solution they gave me an insecticide / Baygon :( Also - I was allowed to keep my suitcase for a few hours after check out, but upon returning to collect it, I was told that bathrooms were only for guests :(

Chambre côté rue, peu insonorisée. Bruit la nuit mais ça va pour une nuit . Choisir côté cour pour ne pas avoir ce désagrément. Matelas dur

The hotel was situated very central, just near everything, the room and bathroom were very clean .

I did not like that there was no phone in the room to call the staff if you need anything, also there was no tissue in the room or even water. If you need to make a coffee you have to go to the reception to make it and if you need to use the kettle in your room then you have to plug off the fridge to use the kettle. The staff dose not know how to speak English which make it very hard to communicate with them and they ignore us sometimes when we talk with them.
