Resort Aurum

I liked this hotel so much, my teenager also! He said he wants to come back someday :) All experience was really good, from the beginning to the last goodbyes. We have a welcome drinks, the stuff was very friendly and nice. The family apartments in other building were large, cozy, very clean, found everything we need. We enjoyed the Spa, especially the adults area, the pool zone was also nice. In the evenings we came to the leisure and games room, there was plenty of activities, with teenagers it's perfect experience 👌 I chosed this hotel for the nice gym also, was surprised how good and well equiped it was! Breakfast area has a very nice view, many delightful choices, everything was so tasty and good.

The hotel has nice, modern facilities and the breakfast is good, so there are definitely positive aspects to the stay. The location is good, surrounded by nature and trees. The room is spacious, has a big terrace (chairs and furniture are missing though) and the bed was comfortable.

The experience with the spa and, especially, the reception staff was disappointing. Unlike many other hotels, Aurum does not allow guests to use the spa or other facilities before check-in, even though you are already staying at the hotel. This feels unnecessarily restrictive. More importantly, on our checkout day, we went to the spa/pool at 8:00 AM, only to find that a yoga class was taking place. The spa officially opens at 6:30 AM, yet the yoga class was not advertised anywhere (we would have liked to attend), and nobody had informed us that the spa/pool would be unavailable until 9:00 AM (reason why we knew yoga was not advertised as otherwise we would have joined). When we raised this with reception, the staff repeatedly insisted that we had been told about it at check-in. This simply did not happen, and more importantly, there was no written information anywhere explaining the restriction. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the receptionists. Rather than acknowledging the lack of communication or trying to find a reasonable solution, they (receptionist Sarka) kept repeating that we had supposedly been informed even though they were not even part of the conversation as this took place with another guy. The interaction felt unnecessarily defensive and lacked basic professionalism and customer-service skills. Even when a mistake or misunderstanding happens, I would expect reception staff to communicate politely, listen to the guest and try to resolve the issue rather than simply insisting that the guest is wrong. The hotel itself is modern, the facilities are nice and the breakfast is good, but the service and communication from reception did not match the standard I would expect from a hotel of this level. Better communication about spa availability and a more professional, guest-oriented attitude from the reception team would make a significant difference.

Z naší strany nemáme co kritizovat. Jen pro info. Mám k tomuto místu určitý vztah. Tyto prostory spolu s Jámou v prvopočátku zajišťovala jedna mostecká hornická společnost, dokonce jsem jako první vedoucí zajišťoval osobně dovoz prvního vybavení nádobím a podobně. Strávil jsem ne málo času s hotelem Aurum. Zhruba před 4.roky jsem navštívil v té době ruiny po demolici které zřejmě směřovali k přestavbě do současné podoby. Opravdu obdivuji Vše a Všechny. Zanechal jsem v recepci pár foto z doby šachetní a pokud se mi podaří najít další pošlu, případně přivezu, neboť by jsme se rádi vraceli do Vašeho zařízení.

Gustowny, piękny i bardzo czysty hotel, przyjazny również pieskom. Pokój był duży, klimatyczny, elegancko urządzony i bardzo czysty. Ogromne łóżko okazało się niezwykle wygodne. Śniadania były urozmaicone, smaczne i przygotowane ze świeżych produktów – każdy z pewnością znajdzie coś dla siebie. Duży plus za przemiłą i pomocną obsługę. Na powitanie otrzymaliśmy drinka, a personel chętnie odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze pytania. Hotel jest przyjazny dzieciom, co warto wziąć pod uwagę, jeśli ktoś szuka miejsca nastawionego przede wszystkim na ciszę i spokój. Bardzo przyjemna i klimatyczna jest strefa SPA, szczególnie część z saunami. Basen był czysty, choć nie zrobił na nas takiego wrażenia pod względem klimatu jak strefa saun. Podróżowaliśmy samochodem, więc lokalizacja była dla nas bardzo dogodna. W pokoju dostępne były szlafroki i kapcie, a w strefie SPA dodatkowe ręczniki. Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu!

W pokoju znajdował się niewielki aneks kuchenny, jednak jego wyposażenie ograniczało się do szklanek, kubków, łyżeczek, czajnika, herbaty oraz mikrofalówki. Niestety, brakowało pozostałych naczyń, sztućców i innych przydatnych rzeczy, które umożliwiałyby samodzielne przygotowanie posiłku. Skoro w pokoju znajduje się aneks kuchenny, warto byłoby zadbać o jego pełniejsze wyposażenie. :) Dużym udogodnieniem byłaby również klimatyzacja w pokoju, szczególnie w cieplejsze dni.
