Great facilities and food and drinks options. The family rooms were also very good, meaning we can put the kids to bed and still have space to chat.
The whole hotel was very hot, and service wasn’t always what you would expect from the quality of the accommodation.

Breakfast was one of the best breakfast buffets I ever had. Huge variety of food and great quality teas and coffee. A nice touch was the sandwich making station where you could make yourself some sandwiches to take with you on a walk which saved us having to eat lunch out. The spa was absolutely phenomenal. After 8pm no kids are allowed so its quiet. Pool is huge albeit a little cold, hot tub is big and sauna is great too.

Great food. Good spa facilities.
The morning of check out day, I requested late check out at 12pm. At 11:20 I got a call to the room, telling me the check out was at 11am. In 10 minutes I got a knock on the door from housekeeping, asking why I haven’t checked out yet. This really bittered the pleasant experience of our stay.
