The bedroom in the basement was cool. There was no need for A/C even though it was 40 degrees outside. The cot for the baby was perfect. The patio with the grill was pleasant with a shade in the afternoon. The place is gated and there's enough room to park your car. The location for us was perfect with a free beach nearby and it was easy to reach Pisa and Firenze. There are bikes with baby seats available at the place free of charge. We didn't get to use them but I thought it was a great idea.
The only things missing to make it absolutely flawless: a bathtub, an oven and a washing machine.
