This is a truly lovely property. The location is wonderful-just a short walk/bike ride to the beach and near many lovely shops. Perfect for a nice getaway.

The property has all the basics and many wonderful amenities to enhance any stay. We were greeted w fresh baked goodies and the kind service continued from there. I highly recommend this property.

The location is excellent. Use f free bikes was perfect as the accommodation is very close to very good bike paths through the forest and along the coast. The host is perfect. Morena couldn't be more helpful and engaging. The local cafes and restaurant serve very good value food that is excellent.

I liked most that the house is fully equipped with technique and all necessary things for tourists; everything in the house is clean and tidy, location is suitable for the sea, housewife is very friendly, amicable and nice. the house is situated in the calm and friendly area; free parking is near the house.

The appartment is near to the train station, very close to the gelateria (it is important in Italy). The air conditioning is very effective. The appartment is equipped well (washmashine, coffee machine). The shower is excellent. The rent of four bikes is included in the price of accomodation - very useful for travelling to the supermarket or to the beach.

I miss the boiling kettle, you have to boil water on the cooker. There is no microwave oven,, but an ordinary oven is there. The accomodator is speaking italian only. She is strict in her claims. We broke the small mirror in the bathroom and we had to pay for it. (2022-09-02: Additional coment to the property response: I fully agree. I didn't intend to indicate that any promises weren't fulfiled.)

Very nice room and garden in quiet area. 10 min to beach by car. Excellent service by household.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich. Das Haus generell ist mit ellem ausgestattet, was man braucht, um einen angenehmen Urlaub zu verbringen. Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, es gibt in der Nähe Supermarkt, Naturpark, auch Freistrand war schnell mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Morena ist eine freundliche, nette und zuverlässige Gastgeberin. Ein großess Lob an Morena für Ihre Mühe und Freundlichkeit. Sie hat uns und Kinder mit leckeren Keksen bei Anreise und mit den Abschiedgenenken für Kinder bei Abreise sehr überrascht!!! Wir waren sehr zufrieden, haben uns sehr wohl und heimisch gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Wir sind äußerst zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in Italien bei Morena und ihrer kleinen Villa. Die Kommunikation mit Morena war hervorragend – sie ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar mit selbstgebackenem Gebäck als Willkommensgruß überrascht. Man hat sich sofort wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war perfekt: In der Küche und im Bad war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr schön und bequem, die Klimaanlage funktioniert super, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Morena hat uns außerdem fünf Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt, mit denen wir täglich zum Strand gefahren sind (etwa 10-15 Minuten Fahrt). Der Ort bietet alles, was man braucht: Bäckerei, Eisdiele, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Pizzerien. Besonders schön ist auch der nahegelegene See, den man ebenfalls in etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreicht. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten wir das Glück, spontan eine Open-Air-Oper im Rahmen des Puccini Festivals zu besuchen – die Tickets konnten wir bequem online am selben Tag erwerben. Insgesamt war es ein gelungener und entspannter Urlaub. Ein großes Lob an Morena für ihre Mühe, ihr Engagement und ihre Freundlichkeit. Wir werden diese Unterkunft gerne unseren Freunden und Verwandten weiterempfehlen und hoffen, bald wiederzukommen.
