Relaxing stay in rural neighborhood
Big garden, close to the beach, rural area, nice host. Pool is obviously a plus - just notice: In may it was still closed
Unfortunately lots of mosquitos in the backyard, bikes are quite old - ok to cycle the 2,5k to the beach but that’s about it ;)

Lovely apartment
Everything was perfect for our need. We only started a night but we were very comfortable and the owners were really nice and accommodated all our needs. The location was really good, only 5 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment was nice and clean! I would definitely recommend it!

Ruhige Gegend, Supermarkt in der Nähe.
Kühle Wohnung, Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer funktionierte. Waschmaschine funktionierte ebenfalls.
Es tut mir sehr leid diese schlechte Bewertung abgeben zu müssen, da die Vermieter sehr, sehr nett waren und wir natürlich auch wissen, dass es in anderen Ländern andere Ansprüche an die Einrichtung, die Instandhaltung oder die Sauberkeit gibt. Trotzdem sollte der Zustand so transparent wie möglich sein. Wir fanden eine Wohnung vor, die überwiegend mit alten, zusammengewürfelten, in unseren Augen ausrangierten Möbelstücken bestückt war. Das wäre kein Problem gewesen, denn Geschmäcker sind nun mal verschieden. Aber auf uns wirkte die Einrichtung und der Zustand lieblos und vernachlässigt. Wir reisen häufig nach Italien und sind uns bewusst, dass es hier andere Maßstäbe gibt, aber so viele Kompromisse überstiegen dann doch unsere Kulanz.
Sauberkeit war schlecht, vieles dreckig, fettig und staubig, im Bad Verkalkungen, eine Müllhalde hinter dem Ausziehsofa.
Kühlschrank war defekt, Gefrierfachklappe hing heraus und alle Lebensmittel darunter wurden gefroren.
Küchenstühle waren instabil und wackelig. Es gab EIN Weinglas. Im großen Küchenschrank roch es muffig nach altem Fett und der Backofen war voll mit alten Brotkrümeln.
Im Schlafzimmer eine alte, riechende Matratze.
Der Rasen stand 50 cm hoch und der Pool hatte noch etwa 30 cm stehendes, verdrecktes Wasser. Leider wurde vorher nirgendwo erwähnt, dass der Pool im September wohl nicht mehr zur Verfügung steht. Stattdessen war er eine hervorragenden Brutstätte für Mücken. Auf der Terrasse oder im Garten war der Aufenthalt unmöglich. Man hatte sofort 20-30 Mückenstiche.
Durch den Pflanzenbewuchs über der Terrasse war es so dunkel in der Wohnung, dass sogar tagsüber das Licht eingeschaltet werden musste.
Viele Möbel waren defekt, z.B. der Kleiderschrank, das Bücherregal, die Kommode.
Der Toilettendeckel wackelte stark hin und her und der Wasserhahn im Bad spritze alles voll vermutlich wegen Verkalkungen. Der Duschkopf ließ sich nicht verstellen, wahrscheinlich auch verkalkt. Kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad.

Sono stata con i miei due cani, ed è un posto perfetto, c'è il giardino privato recintato dove i miei cuccioli potevano uscire senza il guinzaglio ed erano al sicuro. I proprietari sono super precisi, disponibili e gentili! In cucina c'è tutto che ti serve per il soggiorno, non manca niente!
La rete wifi non funzionava, ed non si chiudeva la porta del bagno

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura per una notte in occasione del Lucca Comics. 🚗 Posizione: ottima e di facile accesso. Via a senso unico e parcheggio disponibile a pochissima distanza 📨 Check-in: gestori disponibili. 🏠 Camera: pulita e letti comodi. Cucina disponibile con attrezzature adeguate.🌿I gestori sono presenti in loco, in quanto vivono nella casa principale davanti al locale che affittano.
La porta del bagno grattava sul pavimento e non si riusciva a chiudere (rimaneva aperta di 5cm!) se non sollevando e sbattendo con forza. Da risolvere!
Per entrare/uscire si attraversa il giardino che costeggia la sala (senza tende) dei proprietari, non era il massimo passare davanti a loro. Leggero disagio.

die Lage war super - man konnte zum Strand laufen (ca. 2km), schön und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit modernem Bad und schattiger Terrasse, unser Hund hat sich im Garten sehr wohl gefühlt
