About this villa rental

Independent and private villa with kitchen/ living room with sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom. 4/5 beds. Large veranda with table and gazebo and large garden with barbecue. Private internal parking Typical house 'Viareggina' with garden and car and bike parking exclusive, reserved and close to the sea. Completely renovated and refurbished with new furniture about 3 years ago. Ideal for families and couples looking for sea and fun but also tranquility.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, alle nötigen Sachen sind im Haus vorhanden. Waren 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern (1 und 5 Jahre) dafür waren die Betten Ok. Es waren ein Doppelbett ein kleines Sofa zum ausziehen und ein Klappbett. Was erfreulich war es gab ein Baby Reisebett. Der Garten ist Ok mit Kies ohne Gras und hat einen Grill uns fehlte das Gras. Für uns war es ein schöner Urlaub mit allem was man braucht. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett.

La location est très bien située à proximité de commerces divers, gare, routes pour se rendre dans les différents lieux touristiques de la région. Dommage que le logement soit assez décevant. Dans la cuisine, très peu de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine en très mauvais état. Dans la chambre, linge de lit avec odeurs désagréables. Les odeurs se répètent dans la salle de bains.

Una casa spaziosa per la nostra famiglia. C'era spazio da riposare sia dentro che fuori. Stanze climatizzati, molto comodi. Cucina completa per servirsi, non mancava niente. Un bagno bellissimo. Siamo molto contenti con la vacanza stupenda. Grazie di cuore, Gian Piero. Saluti.

A notre arrivée nous avons été accueilli par le propriétaire qui nous a fait un tour des lieux, qui cela dit en passant nous avons été heureux de découvrir un endroit conforme aux photos. La maison est très propre la cuisine fonctionnelle , une salle de bain bien pratique avec sa douche à l'italienne, un joli jardin bien agréable ... NOS VACANCES ONT PRIS UN TRÈS BON DÉPART . GRAZIE GIAN PIERO

Location très bien placée . Magnifique région de Toscane . Plage accessible en vélo agréablement prêtés par le propriétaire ( avec siège vélo pour enfant ) . Maison avec climatisation , très bien rénovée , avec un jardin agréable . En bref , tout était très bien . On reviendra sûrement .

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, Haus war sehr schön,toll eingerichtet und die Lage optimal.Einzig die Fahrräder waren in einem schlechten Zustand. Können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
