Shame of thia place owner... no reply call and no have any place total fraud

This is fraud place. No reply any call no answer i lose my payment 72€ this is total fraud. Be carefull of thia place and website booking.com

I was with my family 2 small kids. But that cheap place and cheap man no reply my call no repky my message... i lose 72€ and go to IBIS hotel very near that

Great value and amenities. Very central in old town.

We liked being able to walk everywhere that we wanted in old town, the amenities/kitchen, seating. It's larger than the pictures look. We felt very safe. The light from the courtyard and electric blinds are nice. The directions were very detailed, and the host is very responsive. We would stay there again.

The sofa bed was comfy for one person, not sure if two large people would sleep well. Hey, it's a sofa bed. It's hard to get used to the WC with no sink - but that's pretty common. At least it's not shared. When you find it the first time, keep going past the first staircase and go farther to the courtyard. Construction made parking at the Marie garage a little stressful.

Appartement superbe avec tout le confort,conforme aux photos, en centre ville,super pratique avec transports à proximité .

Dommage problème de box pas de fibre donc pas de TV. Petit problème de ménage dans cuisine et salon.

Très bon séjour ! L’appartement est propre, bien entretenu et conforme à l’annonce. Il est bien situé et agréable à vivre. La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide et réactive. Je recommande sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Tout est fonctionnel dès l'arrivée. L'appartement est propre , décoration soignée. Très bien situé. Zone piétonne, en ville, calme et parking à proximité où il est possible de se garer facilement.

Appartement Grand rue ( pour info il n'y a pas d hypercentre à Besançon vu la taille de la ville)

Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement qui n'avait pas été nettoyé. Bon ça peut arriver . Le canapé lit était inconfortable. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas . Le fournil situé en dessous est bien bruyant dès 6h du matin ( pensez aux boules quies) . La conciergerie qui gère cela s'est excusé mais me harcèle ( via un bot) de donner une bonne note à la location. Je ne voulais pas le faire mais là... le lieu est joli . C'est tout.

L'emplacement, la décoration et la salle de bain était très bien. L'appartement est parfait pour un couple.

Le matelas du canapé- lit est peu confortable pour dormir. Équipement léger pour 4 personnes (cuisine et rangement). Le supplément pour une arrivée à 15h au lieu de 17h n'est pour nous pas normal.

Sehr hübsches Appartement mitten in der Stadt

Gute Lage mitten in der Stadt, hübsch und modern eingerichtet, Ausstattung in der Küche ausreichend, netter und hilfsbereiter Kontakt zum Vermieter, kräftige Ventilatoren (wir waren bei 38⁰C zu Gast 😅) Wir waren hier 2 Nächte auf der Durchreise und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man kann von hier aus die wunderschöne Stadt und die Zitadelle gut erreichen und eine gute Zeit verbringen 😊

Handtücher waren leider zu wenig vorhanden und rochen sehr unangenehm, für 4 Personen doch etwas zu klein, auch Bettwäsche mussten wir für die Schlafcouch erst suchen

El apartamento es muy coqueto y está en pleno centro, pero no es nada ruidoso.

Hacía mucho calor y aunque hay dos ventiladores, no se refresca casi nada.

Dommage que l'appartement soit si mal situé dans l'immeuble et sombre

Appartement joliment décoré et intérieur récent. Bien équipé.

Appartement très sombre (obligeant à allumer la lumière en plein jour). Fenêtres donnant uniquement sur une courette avec vis à vis. Entrée dans l'immeuble peu accueillant et peinturée donnant sur un long couloir (env. 25m) débouchant finalement sur une courette sombre pour accéder finalement à l'appartement pas un escalier extérieur en bois. Magasin de restauration au RdC occasionnant du bruit et ronflement des ventilateurs de jour comme de nuit. Le ménage était approximatif et des doutes sur la propreté du linge de lit. Personnellement nous avons quitté l'appartement après une nuit passée pour finir à l'hôtel.

Aufenthalt kam wegen Unflexibilität des Vermittlers nicht zustande

Wir hatten die Wohnung über booking.com bereits bezahlt. Der Vermieter bzw. Vermittler verlangte dann zusätzlich ein Deposit von 300 €. Hierzu sollten wir eine Kreditkartennummer inkl. CVV-Nummer angeben. Da wir keine Kreditkarten mitgenommen hatten, konnten wir diese Bedingungen nicht erfüllen. Wir hatten dem Vermittler aber angeboten, das Geld zu überweisen, via PayPal zu bezahlen oder in bar zu übergeben. Dies wurde jedoch rigoros abgelehnt, zum Schluss mit unverschämten Formulierungen. Zusammengefasst kam kein Mietverhältnis zu Stande. Netterweise hat booking.com, welche sich ebenfalls doch recht irritiert über die unflexible Vorgehensweise und Wortwahl zeigten, das bereits bezahlte Geld zurücküberwiesen.

Joli cocon calme pour découvrir la ville de Besançon et se reposer

Spacieux, décoré avec goût, pratique, la machine à laver, des fenêtres et stores neufs. La réactivité du loueur à toutes nos questions.

Un peu de bruit mardi matin dû à la boulangerie; le wifi et la télévision ne fonctionnent pas bien mais le loueur travaille sur le problème

Bien placé mais pourrait être un peu plus qualitatif.

Emplacement au top, appartement récemment refait a neuf et lumineux.

La literie est indécente, que ce soit le lit ou le canapé lit. Tout est clairement "premier prix". Je ne suis pas trop regardant habituellement mais la couette synthétique c'est une économie mal venue. Attention également au débit internet qui ne permet pas de regarder la télévision.

Nous sommes arrivé dans un logement sale (voir photo), le lit était taché et plein de poils.

Nous n'avons pas pu y loger, l'état du logement était indécent

La propreté - certes le propriétaire nous a proposé de faire revenir le prestataire de ménage et nous a remboursé les frais de ménage mais vu l'état du logement nous avons préféré ne pas y loger et nous avons (heureusement été accueilli dans un hôtel proche à 20h un samedi soir.
