Appartement charmant, fonctionnel, bien équipé, propre, moderne, très bien situé (plein centre).
Les indications d'accès et autres sont très précises, les réponses réactives.
Bruyant tôt le matin car au-dessus d'une boulangerie.
Remontées d égouts dans la salle de bain.
La télécommande box ne fonctionne pas donc tv inutilisable.

Appartement superbe avec tout le confort,conforme aux photos,
en centre ville,super pratique avec transports à proximité .
Dommage problème de box pas de fibre donc pas de TV.
Petit problème de ménage dans cuisine et salon.

La déco.
Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement qui n'avait pas été nettoyé. Bon ça peut arriver . Le canapé lit était inconfortable. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas . Le fournil situé en dessous est bien bruyant dès 6h du matin ( pensez aux boules quies) . La conciergerie qui gère cela s'est excusé mais me harcèle ( via un bot) de donner une bonne note à la location. Je ne voulais pas le faire mais là... le lieu est joli . C'est tout.
