Very cozy and beautiful, located in a quiet side street that's still very close to the city center.
It was very hot because it's and attic type of apartment and has direct contact with the actual roof building, so if the day outside was hot, you can be reasonably sure the apartment will also be hot. I came in at midnight and the thermometer was showing 30C.

Superleuke locatie in het hart van Zutphen, prachtig appartement, heel sfeervol, gezellig ingericht. Echt een aanrader en leuke host die ons verwelkomde toen wij aankwamen
Niets, ik was met mijn moeder van 80 die vond de trap wel wat steil en hoog :)

De warme ontvangst met uitleg over het pand en over de stad was heel verwelkomend. Appartement was heel mooi ingericht. Geheel in stijl met het pand. Schoon, frisse uitstraling.En gezellige details.
Weinig. Er is geen eigen buiten maar dat wisten we. Als ik dan iets moet bedenken: de oven werkte niet. Maar de bakker op huppelafstand van de voordeur maakt dat zeker goed.
