In de omschrijving was sprake van een patio. Dat bleek de stoep voor het huis te zijn.

Heerlijk rustig appartement, midden in het centrum van Zutphen, je loopt de hoek om voor een heerlijke bakker en de gezellig terrassen waar je heerlijk kunt eten en drankje drinken. Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. De omgeving van Zutphen is prachtig om te fietsen. Hartelijk welkom door de eigenaren. Heerlijk bed, de keuken is van alles voorzien, lekkere eettafel en knus hoekje om boekje te lezen.
Klein minpuntje is de wastafel in de wc/badkamer, die is klein.
