De locatie is in hartje Deventer en is uitstekend verzorgd door haar eigenaren. Zelfs van de keukenapparatuur (inductie-kookplaat en oven) wordt beknopt aangegeven hoe het werkt. Dat ben ik nog niet eerder tegengekomen. Mochten er toch nog vragen zijn, kun je bellen en zelfs appen. Er wordt vrij snel op gereageerd.
Het deurslot is lastig. Voor een 50+er als ik, heb je een leesbril nodig om de kleine tekentjes te zien. Na verloop van dagen went dat wel, doch als de zon ‘s middags op het digitale slot schijnt heb je een probleem. De studio is gehorig. Geluiden vanaf de straatkant zijn goed hoorbaar. Mensen die pratend voorbij lopen zijn soms letterlijk te verstaan. Bij warm weer, loopt de temperatuur binnen snel op. De warmtepomp doet zijn best, maar het kan lang duren voor het ‘s avond weer behaaglijk is.
