The Spinney

We loved the space and how quiet it was. The owners were super friendly and responded swiftly. Communication was reassuring. No dogs allowed upstairs, so we slept downstairs on the comfy sofabed. We bought one ourselves after leaving. The spacious private garden was a bonus. Huge shower. Alexa, darts, pool, table tennis. Everything has been well thought out and done to a high standard. You have everything you need to hand. Location is spot on. There are plenty of shops close by. Bourton on the water, Bibury, Burford, Diddly squat farm, The Farmers Dog. There are so many beautiful places to visit in the Cotswolds.

The hot water taps throughout the property and shower were lukewarm, so no hot showers, which was a shame. The owners are looking into this. A hot tub would have been the icing on the cake, but I'm being picky! and even without it, we loved the place. There's really nothing to not like.

What a lovely stay at the Spinney. When walking in it smelt beautiful and was immaculate. Lovely little added touches to make you feel welcome. Great hoists. The location is a great base for exploring all of the Cotswold with most places just a short drive away. We loved going for a walk and seeing all the RAF planes as brize Norton is at the end of the street. Would highly recommend.
