Self catering, but the kitchen was well equipped. Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, utensils, pans, everything you might need. Good central heating
No live TV, but WiFi was good. Used our own accounts for Netflix, prime etc…..

Clean spacious and quiet location
Need to provide more towels or leave washing pods so we could wash them No Games for evenings no freeview tv Hot tub and outside seating would make perfect as you can’t fit a car in the back yard anyway Leave instructions for trash, was unsure where to put it, if recycled
