We love it, this was our third stay and we plan to return

Felt very cosy and welcoming, located right at seaham town centre only a short walk to the glass beach. Exceptional value for money considering the time of year and all the little extras made our stay relatively cheap. The welcome basket was also very much appreciated. Looking forward to returning.

Location was on point, close to all amenities and walking distance to the beach and supermarket as well as bars and places to eat. Apartment was nice, beds were comfortable. And parking was ok. Communication with host was ok but maybe a guest hand book would help with info in rather then relying on messages ie how to check out where to empty bins, where to park ect. Bread and milk left which was a nice gesture as well as a bottle of wine.

Apartment wasnt clean. Cobwebs, dust, and dirt. Bathroom was ok, shower had grime around bottom of shower, shower didnt drain away properly so by time the 3rd person had a shower there was cold water in shower tray to stand in. A random bottle of wine in bathroom cabinet was slightly odd too.living area had dirt around skirting boards, cobwebs and floor seemed dirty unhooverd. Scatter pillow need a wash. Bedrooms, bedding in master had stains on pillows (no idea if they had been washed) but rest of bed "looked" clean. Bags of random stuff in second bedroom behind doors.Kitchen, utensils were unclean, oven was revolting and unusable dirty trays left in side, chips at the bottom. Condiment and cereals left but half were out of date and open. Felt like was things other guest had left so no clue as to when was opened. Fridge was dirty too. The place just really needs a really good deep clean and sanatise and a freshen up. Bit noisy late evening (had windows open) but didnt really bother us to much.
