Apartamento amplo, claro, com uma varanda grande, cozinha muito bem equipada e grande, área de serviço boa, localização boa, quartos ótimos, sala grande. Recomento total. Apesar de ser apenas uma suíte.
A entrada pela rua de trás deixa uma impressão ruim na chegada, mas nada que abale depois de ver o apartamento. A garagem exige habilidades para conseguir estacionar. Muito apertada. Precisa de paciência e atenção.

Tenía aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, es muy amplio y cómodo, la ubicación es excelente, con una parada de autobús justo en la misma puerta. Tiene toda clase de comercios cerca: panadería, frutería, supermercado, estanco y tienda de barrio donde venden de todo.
Las camas son algo incómodas, el grifo de la cocina sale con demasiada presión y le falta lavadora. Faltaba algún mensaje específico, como rallador por ejemplo.
