The Beach Front 601- Affordable Beachfront

The location was great, right on the beach. There’s a grocery/convenience store nearby that we could easily walk to. We liked having a door code and not having to worry about keeping up with keys. There’s a full kitchen, which we really enjoyed when we ordered a seafood boil from Topsail Steamers to cook ourselves.

The bedroom is small. The queen sized bed takes up most of the space in the room. Even so, it was still a nice place for the price. We will probably stay here again in the future. There’s no shower in the master bathroom, which I didn’t like because my teenage son and his friend was with us, so I had to dry off and get dressed in the small hallway bathroom before going back to my bedroom. Again, not a big enough deal to deter us from returning. It was just enough room for our party of 4. Wouldn’t recommend for a group larger than that.

Great location, close to the beach. The pavilion is a nice place to hang out. Property management was accommodating by letting us check in early.

The property was dirty, property management did accept my criticism with photo evidence and somewhat acknowledged that there was room for improvement. A deep clean could easily make the property better. Also the photos do make the property look a tad larger than what it is. We had five guests, six would have been a very tight squeeze.
