Located on the ninth floor with a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico with a private balcony. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the ocean, pool and hot tub area. The balcony has a table and 4 chairs and a chaise lounge.
The living room has an inviting view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The living area has sofa sleeper and 2 chairs with 55" 4K Smart TV and also a Blu-Ray DVD player and free wireless internet and Wi-fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig maker and a dining table with four chairs and two bar stools. The unit has a washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a full size dresser and 43 inch high definition flat screen TV with built in Netflex. From the master bedroom you have a view of the Little Lagoon. Located off the hall is a full bathroom and two bunk beds.
Seacrest has a beautiful décor inside and out with a covered entrance, on-site security, an outdoor pool, hot tub and gazebo and outdoor grills.
Restaurants, shopping and amusement parks are within a very short distance.

Beautiful Condo & Perfect LocationRecently Updated Elevators. Has a Nice Pool, and Smaller Hot Tub! Easy Walk straight to the Beach! Comfortable Bed! I enjoyed Every Minute of my stay! Thank You Regina for a Beautiful Condo!

-Cleanliness (rugs dirty & thrown on top bunk; hair on comforters; extra blankets in closet dirty; hair clogged bathroom tub drain)
-antiquated
-nosy fridge
-need more towels hooks
-poor Wi-Fi bandwidth to stream movies at night on living room tv
-not a thorough listing of items for use in condo
-we had to contact owner day of arrival to get condo access which we had difficulty doing
-owner unnecessarily contacting us during our stay
-parking
-not very well maintained, certainly not for the price
